Partially Refundable Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Chalet Liosa for your holiday in the Dolomites.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, cancellations can be unpleasant for both parties. Our goal is to ensure fairness for everyone involved.
With our Partially Refundable Cancellation Policy, we strive to strike a balance between the needs of our guests and the operational requirements of our business. It's important to note that guests typically book winter or summer holidays in Corvara long in advance, therefore last-minute cancellations can present challenges in filling the resulting vacant reservation period. By maintaining clear visibility of our reservations, we can effectively manage our resources, allocate them efficiently, and ensure that those who have made a commitment to stay with us can enjoy an unforgettable experience.
The following terms apply:
The Initial Deposit equal to 20% of the reservation amount is due at the time of making the reservation, the Balance Payment will be due 90 days before the check-in date.
If you cancel 61 days or more prior to the check-in date, you will receive the full refund of the Balance Payment (i.e. 80% of the reservation amount). If you cancel 60 days or less prior to check-in date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. Pease note that any cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us via email. Upon receiving your cancellation, we will acknowledge it and we will process the refund, if applicable, within 14 business days.
We highly recommend our guests to consider subscribing to an insurance policy with reputable insurance companies (for example HVG at www.hvgtravel.com) for approximately a 5% premium.
If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy or any other aspect of your reservation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

No smoking Chalet
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet. Additionally, to ensure the enjoyment of our outdoor spaces, smoking is also prohibited in the garden of the chalet and near the windows or doors, as this can affect other guests, including children, who may be sensitive to smoke and odors. Furthermore, we ask our guests to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and refrain from throwing them in the garden or parking area.
Outdoor footwear in the Ski Room
We kindly ask our guests to store their outdoor footwear (boots and shoes) in the Ski Room located on the ground floor and use indoor footwear while inside the chalet. This not only helps minimize noise and dirt but also allows everyone to fully appreciate the comfort of our natural wooden floors.
Waste recycling
Guests are kindly asked to follow the local regulations for recycling and waste management.
Pet-friendly
We warmly welcome pets at Chalet Liösa. We kindly ask pet owners to ensure that their furry companions do not disturb other guests, damage surfaces or furniture, and are not left unattended in the chalet. Additionally, please make sure that pets do not relieve themselves in the garden, as it is intended for children to play and for adults to enjoy. There are ample meadows surrounding the chalet where pets can take care of their needs.
Please note that an apartment will require additional cleaning and sanitation; therefore, we charge a pet fee ranging from 50 to 150 euros, depending on the size of the apartment. If you plan to bring a pet with you, we kindly request that you inform us in advance, as each case will be considered individually before making a final decision. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Final cleaning
We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment in good order as they found it, with plates and silverware washed and and in the cupboard, and proper waste recycling. Our staff will take care of the standard final cleaning. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance, waste disposal, dishwashing, or dishwasher loading/unloading required will incur additional charges deducted from the deposit.

After use, kindly return the deck chairs to their designated location and secure them properly to prevent them from being blown away in case of strong winds.
